    Perhaps company managers are trying to bide their time in the hope that the prevailing sentiment in battery metals sector shows some improvement.

    Even if you released some decent news in this market you would not get anything like full bang for your buck.

    As we move into 2019 there is a belief out there that market conditions will improve.
