You would certainly hope that that they get more than just a ticking off. After all while the ASX is using the phrase of "not being candid" in their replies what the ASX is really meaning and saying is that the HDY Board was not truthful to the market and to the ASX. There is certainly one very damning comment about the deception in one of their replies and how that constituted a deliberate deception or words to that effect.

That IMHO could be considered a very serious offence by the ASX who will probably be alerting ASIC to what has been uncovered ... or certainly should be alerting ASIC.
