I think the problem here is that there were no "mistakes" made. Rather there were deliberate sustained actions taken to fleece shareholders of any and all value. The ASX/ASIC toothless kittens should (but won't) throw the book at these a$$h@les. IMO the dodgy transactions should have been reversed if the ASX had shareholders in mind. They obviously don't!

I hope all that lost out on this can get back their losses elsewhere.
