It is a pity that very often my comments were belittled and scorned by a certain gentleman and I was accused of being various things as well as being an amateur. 

Hashimoto was also very often attacked in an attempt to belittle some very useful information he highlighted.

I take no delight in the demise of HDY. I do think that the main "actors" need to have their come uppance so that justice can be served and the burden of the delisting falls not just on ordinary shareholders.

It certainly is possible that we have not heard the end of this and it could mean that ASIC will be involved or even Mining Departments who could maybe take the tenements away from an insolvent company. All very much IMHO.
