CTL are under the watchful eye of ASIC because it has already been busted once, and the banking royal commission has put pressure on public watch dogs to perform

I am taking a punt that ASIC have spoken to CTL regarding the dodgy rights issue

I would not be surprised if CTL drop the rights issue stating due to its  positive position after a successful  quarter it doesn't need the immediate funds from a rights issue
