I actually think this stock has already done everything to reach $25. Most small cap stocks have a hype run and move back trapping many traders. They wait and the stock needs such large volume to move it up again it needs a major announcement to do so. PO3 as already passed this stage. It has so many traders who are all ready so in the green that they will now support the price regardless of announcements. This is what we are seeing now. Buyers coming in at $5 not letting it drop. No news and its trading at its highest. The hurdles are already overcome.

The coming announcements will now just shift it higher.
