They don't need to raise now and I can't see them raising with options when they do.
That's just how the Yanks like it.
And they definitely won't raise on the cheap - and $6/7 would be cheap IMHO.
They'll want the cap structure to stay tight and easy to understand, hence no oppies.
I can't see the next placement at less than $10.
And how much will they need to raise $20-40m?
Let's say it's $40m, so we'd "blow out" the issued cap of 36m shares.
You know what, let's go bat sh-t crazy & say we have 40m shares on issue when all is said & done.
But how's this for a potential scenario - get the OEM to write a cheque as part of any deal, hence no further dilution, or get them to take placement at a premium as part of any deal?
Now that would be smart and in keeping with the thought processes of a board that thinks outside the box.
