Actually, the market cap is more like 8.7mn right now.
Anyway, that is the problem. Getting the money out of china.
To do it you need to register with SAFE. If that's accomplished then price goes up massively and no point of buybacks anyway, just dividends.
But until it's accomplished no one is willing to buy more it seems.
