Now they need to manipulate the SP again, but now upwards, perhaps level $4 and then sell the 11 % they now own. With that money they can then buy what they promised to pay Prana for the 60% of the ownership. This is how you rob companies IMO. Perhaps it is not so simple but looks like it would. Possible only when the market capital is small.

and after all that, the new owner will discover an 'oversight' in animal data and find a pathway for pbt2 to be rushed to market for AD

Sounds cynical but that's the games we play investing in a small fish in a tank of sharks.. Just.my opinion
