Good pick up Rocket; I’d recalled it looked familiar as possibly the same paper cutting posted last year of D Eck’s visit to the January 2018 Australian Open but dismissed that thought on the basis of why would Mega19 do that? Also, this year’s version misses some parts of the cutting having a camouflage effect.
Without any explanation by Mega19 in today’s post of the purpose of today’s repeat cutting it could be misleading. I at least read it as being about a current trip by D. Eck to next week’s Australian Open not 12 months ago even though I’d read last years.
Any visit to CDY HO by D Eck presumably would include a formal meeting of the Board at which some pertinent and understandable pesky issues should be raised by more than one of the non executive directors. Presumably the collapse of the sp, evidence of sp manipulation and destruction of shareholder wealth ( including that of D Eck and the other directors) would not have gone unnoticed.
BTW what is the company’s program of Board meetings (frequency, location and method)?
