Ann: Update on Midrim and Laforce, page-12

Well, that was a buying opp this morning and I took advantage of it.

Not much has changed except the continued decrease in the price of Cobalt. The Midrim deal was not that spectacular when it was done and as TTW shares continued to tank it got worse and worse for MEI holders. 

They did a pretty soft announcement around the Joyce prospect hidden in that one pager. Key thing now is to say "We will start drilling on X date as X drilling company is booked in to start"  . . that's what is needed. Words like "immediately" and "imminently" dont tell the story.
