Lols, wtf is this? The people who decided to build the project knowing there was insufficient defined resources is the "company".

Director 1: We should do P3

Auditor finding 1: After an extensive investigation of approximately 5 min, we have discovered that the "company" knew there was insufficient resources but decided to do P3 anyways
