I'll let others comment on the specific upside of ICG and the importance of S32. 

However, the big picture if you haven't already seen it, is summed up in the annual report which highlights the company's potential (see below).

In short, as a junior explorer we're in an extremely good neighbourhood (Peru Andes/Ring of fire), with good neighbours (majors with know porphyries ie BHP, Anglo American) and potential JV partners (if not S32, others are in the data room)... AND an independent geophys report saying Riqueza is a potential tier 1 world class resource bigger than the Antamina mine close by. Note, Cerro Rayas is shaping up to be a similar story to Riqueza.
