You may be right that the 2 cent trade may have been done by people trying to weaken the company for strategic reasons to do with the legal action .

However that does not change the reality that if you want to sell any amount of shares at the moment you would have to accept a 2 cent price .

I think they need to let Alvares and the legal action  run their course before they do another Capital raising if they can .

Unfortunately dilution affects the good guys as well as the bad guys .

I suspect the bad guys are not big holders .
