You wouldn't be referring to the massive cup and handle?  There is a big chunk to get through from $5 to $5.20... But if it does hmmm where will it go?   I imagine that all the buys from $4.90 to $5.20 that went through must be long term holder... it would be silly as a day trader to be buying up there...  Who knows, the trial results may coincide with the handle of the cup and it will have no trouble getting through.
