The problem with the acquisition program is that XST has no money .

The last Placement at 3 cents to raise funds for the Alvares intervention was only small but still very dilutive because of the small MC of the company .

The investors from that placement are now underwater .

I am not sure at what price the Capital to make new acquisitions could be raised at .

Might need to do a share consolidation first before the business could be re capitalised .

I fear that any new acquisition would hugely dilute existing share holders and set in concrete their losses .

Imho only a result from the legal action or a good result from a low cost Alvares intervention has the potential to save our investments .
