Their partners apparently have both carbonate and hydroxide treatment facilities. They can treat lepidolite too. My guess is somewhere along the Chiang Jiang, the world's busiest river. They can allegedly treat 20 000t per month, more than can ever be produced from the Bald Hill site. Save this message and use it against me when I'm proved wrong.
