Wow stormer what a great idea. An ashtray on a motorbike ! That's a great invention. That way there is no ashy mess to clean up. You just tap your ash off your cigarette into the tray and depending on the speed you are going at then the ash should fly off in the slip stream and be environmentally friendly as the particles will add to biomass along the road side. Yea. Good one !

In fact that is probably what has happened to the announcement that should have been lodged with the ASX about an extension to the voluntary suspension for VIC. I can visualize it now. The dispatch rider carrying the request to the ASX Perth office had the request paper near his prototype ash tray on the bike when a wayward spark from some fresh ash in the tray set the request on fire and the rider tried to put the request into the ash tray to stamp it out but it suddenly flew out and got lost along the way and burned to a cinder before he could get back to save it.

Now we know why there hasn't been any update.
