I just don't understand.
Maybe KMD was managing discounting in a way that they didn't generate enough sales.
They just didn't discount enough early in the piece and saved all their sales near boxing day and everyone else beat them to it.
That's what I suspect. They were ahead in November. Then December their peak sale period they didn't discount early enough.
As I notice they have significant price reductions now. So the issue is the sales strategy was stuffed up.
