in reality I have never expected a reply .... most of us are aware of the realities in a companies day to day ops and responding to a single shareholder is not necessarily a priority.....my intention is just to hi-lite an area of weakness (in my opinion) .... if the 'company' reads it great .... if Kevin reads it even better (he doesn't strike me as a man with a raging ego so may even agree that confidently spruiking is not his strong point) .... if other factors also start pointing to this then it all just becomes part of affecting change .... there is a wealth of talent/ experience amongst many shareholders .... multiple small voices make a difference.... we just need to make the effort and do it with grace.
