Doubt the transfer is between affiliated companies but it is about 10%, so is big.
The fact DRM & SLR haven't moved with the gold price gives reason to buy them as there is now about $40m to the bottom line since they announced the merger and the SP is the same.
More potential here than a company that has already had a rise in SP.
