Think you could bet your house on this. It’s certainly wasn’t why we took up our options. I posted this before Christmas and still believe if FMS is making/ fronting this action, then we’re paying the legal fees for expensive lawyers with the money we invested for certain actions as specified in the CR which didn’t include high legal costs. Think I’ve done my share of posts and now waiting for ASICs responses.
