No way PE bids $0.03 - $0.04 for this with it trading here at $0.006...by their very nature the whole point of PE is to strip and repackage / resell assets in order to generate their desired ROE. PE is not going to pay a 500-600% premium when they could accumulate a ~19.9% stake so much lower and then lodge a conditional 50.1% offer at say $0.02...everyone will still fold into that bid, if faced with the downside on a broken deal and the overhang of the PE stake to sell.
