This is an interesting IPO. I read through the prospectus and they are expecting losses for the foreseeable future. They are also being sued by RED for patent infringement.
There is a big chunk of the shareholding that is escrowed for six months so it might be best to wait until then before buying in.
On the positive side it is great to see an Australian tech success story. We really need far more of these.
