And by they way, why don't you suggest something positive? Have you approached the board with any ideas?  Have you nominated yourself?  

Do you have solutions to the trainwreck that can add something positive value to all the shareholders?

Put up or shut up I say.  Last thing we need is more show ponies prancing around doing nothing constructive.

Stop and think about how this company got into the disastrous position its in and come up with some ideas.
