Lets not forget the previous CFO, Shane Greenan, was also in the role for about a year. I don't think there is anything sinister going on in terms of accounts\core business. There aren't any red flags in the accounts in terms of revenue recognition, costs, intangibles etc that I can see.

The Board would have reviewed the CFO's resignation and if it was something serious related to CAT's business, they would be required to disclose this to the market.

Currently 16c/share is cash. So you are buying the rest of the business for 57c/share. A business/market that's growing at +20% over the next few years. Looks very attractive to me if you use reasonable assumptions over the next few years.

Also remember this a small cap, it's doing typical small cap stuff like being hyper volatile. About $100-200k in volume is traded, it's tiny. It's also well held by certain "small-cap" institutional holders who are probably seeing a surge in client redemptions given worst US/tech performance in over a decade as its down 10%. That would be my guess for the recent share price decline.
