Yes Towie. But he's picked up nearly $half a million in CN's (DEBT!!!).  He doesn't NEED any more shares now and has effectively reduced his immediate shareholding by 15 million, but, will increase whenever he converts  those 87 million CNs.
Probably sold them to one of the other "sophisticated investors" (mate!!). But, it's cash in hand for LNY and imposes a 66.66% conversion premium on what was paid for the ordinary shares.  It's a positive "message".
