well you are correct about the models needing some sorting out. if you all saw the Royal Commission when BOQ fronted up and the side story to the customers complaint, the reference to the Owner Manager and some alleged misappropiating of $150k.i wonder how many more skeletons there are, i think Mac Bank would take over BOQ easily but would not stand for any nonsense and you'll find the branches would soon get sorted out.
