yes, a comprehensive news release explaining the present state of affairs would be very helpful. I suppose that the argument could be raised that, as new relevant information comes to light, the company releases it accordingly. This of course would be quite a minimalist approach to the general topic of an entire project overview.

One of the important things about good communication, is to never take a position where you believe your listener is completely understanding of what you are saying, or comprehending the picture you think you are conveying. This line of assessment is quite relevant here when you have a long, ongoing story unfolding with numerous components. An up to date overall assessment bi-annually would be advantageous to trading mugs like me.

I suppose something to this effect is already installed within ASX guidelines in the forms of annual reports etc, but how far do these these go to informing us adequately?
