Its seems logical to go hybrid vehicles before leaping straight into full electric vehicles, it gives all of the worlds infrastructure  like roads with recharging stations built in etc time to adjust accordingling and it gives breathing room to roll out EV's into the market.. as we know even with ICE vehicles the bugs need time to be worked out in new models and new engines. There will naturally be bugs  in full EVs too...so having a super clean palladium filtered  internal combustion engine alongside the electric motor will be the best way to give consumers the same mileage and reliability whilst developing EVs potential.
