    OPPORTUNITY COSTS

NAG's already has known Gold Deposits at Wandean and Clonbinane. Between the two locations probably about 200,000 oz.

Peter Ardens Report in 2014 identified Costs of about $760/oz at Grades of 1g/T. The grades are probably more like 1.5g/T esp at Clonbinane. Higher grades mean lower costs per oz.

So with the Gold Price at $A1,800/oz and NAGs having deposits that could produce say 20,000 oz pa at a Profit of at least $1,000/oz ($1,800 - $760) that's a Profit of $20M pa or about 4c/share.

That's all known, so why aren't they doing exactly that. Well the Oxidised Gold prospects took 2nd place to the Sulphide Gold Prospects. They aren't expecting to find 200,000 oz of Sulphide Gold but Millions of Oz's.

I'm a bit disappointed in some ways because I was keen to see Wandean & Clonbinane Gold being poured but I can understand why it hasn't happened. It's called choice and Opportunity Costs.

If NAGs was producing Gold right now from the Oxidised sites then they probably wouldn't have started the Sulphide Gold IPs and Drill holes and probably ly wouldn't have the Pits ready to take PASS.

The two alternatives to Oxide Gold - PASS & Sulphide Gold aren't far off showing the potential bei g realised imo. So I wonder whether they will ever mine Clonbinane and Wandean surface Gold or sell it off?
