My guess is Burwill might GIVE up their exclusive rights to all output from Baldhill (they probably now realised that they are unable to absorbed everything from BH esp when we double the output with fines and double again with dms2), in exchange for a lower price (since they are now struggling with lower carbonate price in China with squeezed margins). IMO only.

And...... as everyone gets a guess, maybe if they are going to accept a lower price, maybe the debt will be forgiven or reduced.
