My own take is that the bears are not done yet due to his Lordship, Stump, who I believe will cause a lot more angst in the markets. The presidents chart above therefore has marked his spot much to prematurely, even if this latest rally seems to support it. To justify then, I call it just a temporary blip.
Now, it may be the case that my dislike for the man, not only in style, but in ability, including economic management, is somehow not as related to the markets as I'm assuming, in which case, commence buying. Personally though, I'm sticking only to some penny hopefuls that hopefully remain outside the fools silly gaze.
