I think it's more to do with the company's sales strategy. They wouldn't want buyers to know how much the product has been sold to other buyers.
the price should be kept confidential. However once the company start commercial production they will disclose the amount of sales.. but won't necessarily give up the sales prices to each sales transaction.
this will also stop other producers from undercutting us.
