If the theory of the stock price being sold down for a take over , I guess we just need to wait and see how low it  will be sold it down .

The stock price which has disappointed for several years ,  has spent quite a bit of time around 0.03 cents over the years ( 60 cents after consolidation )  now trading at 0.012 cents ( 24 cents ) .   

The stock price seems like it is going under 1 cent really has been a horrendous year for CDY shareholders .
