I think the missing piece deterring some people might be the cyclical nature of the business
Earnings in the top of the boom does not guarantee profitability in the low of the cycle
look at intelligent investor website, they have some old articles on BSL
others on here can better say whether it has eliminated some of the risks that used to be present.
but I'm with you, i think it's an amazing buy
