Less efficient? Why? There was for example a statement by the company that the new drill crews are performing extremely well. On what basis do you suggest that employees in Cameroon will be less motivated to feed their families etc? Or are you suggesting they are not capable of being trained to do what are essentially relatively simple skill sets?
I think that you are missing the bigger picture here and if you were to perhaps look at competing operations in Guinea you would get some useful info.
