    • COMPANY & MIGHTY RIVER INTERNATIONAL LTD TO SETTLE ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND DISMISS ACTION IN AUSTRALIAN COURT
    • UNDER SETTLEMENT, GMC WILL ISSUE TO MRI 100 MILLION GMC SHARES AND 100 MILLION GMC LISTED OPTIONS AS A PLACEMENT
    • MRI AGREED TO CASH SUBSCRIPTION OF 20 MILLION GMC SHARES AT 1.5 CENTS WITH 20 MILLION FREE ATTACHING GMC LISTED OPTIONS AT 0.5 CENTS
