Yeah I agree with what you're saying paydirt there.
I too see a further decline and its reasonable to think that divs are going to take a hit.
My nibble has been very minor as there is a real chance with all the negativity that the bottom will fall out. Even though fundamentally things at the moment arent all that bad here in Oz, steadily growing and a budget surplus.
