I might add, i dont think the fundamentals have changed all that much for BOQ. They are not in the spotlight of the commission.

From the smaller bits of reading I have done it seems the commission is toothless in persuing the banks for fines, with WBC defeating two cases incourt that I know of. So perhaps the financial penalty will be minimal to the banks bottom line.

In that case then the biggest dent is to their reputation and not the bottom dollar, which is great as really we are picking up a bargain.

I would love it if someone had a further insight into the commision and perhaps I can be corrected.

But at the moment I see banks as a bargain and will keep accumulating after Feb and on the way down with markets.
