I agree on the prospect of the tenements, drilling etc.
The historical small scale minining of resources converting to large scale operations is historically normal, eg. Kalgoorlie Super Pit.
My point is, BDI targeting historical/current artisan operations makes good sense as does the opportunity around ethical extraction.
