IMO his "personal bankruptcy" would bar him continuing to be a director not
a mere fine.
IRC and RWD's major SH(MR)maybe could come to some mutually beneficial
arrangement for disposal of the EGS IRC share holding that keeps depressing our
own SP.Gold now AUD$1,783 per oz which more than adequately covers IRC's
AISC(all in sustaining costs)of ~A$1,100 per oz.
Fix this EGS problem and nothing to hold us back.
