A full and complete product was 'imminent' 18 months ago.

We have heard this all before. Endless scientific break-throughs and  patents but not a working device.

They have never had a working MEMS. They had to go back to the drawing board and redesign it. Now they'll go through the whole process again of developing new algorithms, new ASIC then finding new problems during integration testing and manufacturing, etc.

They claim to have 'progressed' to be able to play sine waves but not music. So they could have played a monophonic Jingle Bells at the EGM.
