Had they been able to do one or two deal with a decent upfront payment then things would be very different.
But once they had accepted the small up front payments from TEVA and Eddingpharm then all chance of getting a decent upfront was washed out the door.
Now we see the upfront payments for the last two deals getting even smaller - SC has a lot to answer for
Yes Bucky I agree with you. Once SUD starts turning a profit on a limited number of products the only way is up. I think there are at least 300 products that could be in the pipe line....why the hell would you sell at the first sniff of success......very weak hands indeed.
It reminds me of a farmer who has suffered 10 years of drought only to get a good wet season, gets a
kippaxgood crop, and sells.........meanwhile he has overlooked the fact that in the past couple of years a damn has been built to ensure good crops for many years. With firm hands SUDA can reach heights that will astonish many nambie pambie weak hands, I believe the leadership is in for the long haul, otherwise they would be selling out the LT holders (like me) who have supported SUD through thick and thin....and I for one do not believe that is on the immediate agenda.....maybe down the line, but not at the pittance that is being talked about.
