Tolga looked like a very intelligent man reacting emotionally because of being in front of the camera. Nothing wrong with that, it would be very scary for most people.
I remember talking to a supervisor years back at work, and he was telling me at the first pre-start meeting, with 15 workers, the paperwork he was reading from was shaking because he was so nervous. It was hard to believe because I only ever witnessed him as being super confident, even in front of hundreds of people.
Point being is in time Tolga will settle into it comfortably.
