    Mark had mentioned before that they will get a best offer first (ie. pricing & prepayment) before going to Burwill to match it.
    Procedure wise, you can't go to Burwill and ask for say US$XXX/t without a 3rd party offering to pay that price.

    Hence, I believe we may already have an offer on hand.
