NYSE A/D lines: -1861. NYSE breadth: -4.6:1 and NASD breadth: -4.51:1 after being down much more intraday. NYSE MOC: It actually went to -3B to sell after the reveal and flipped to +506M to buy on the close.
The Secretary of Defense will be leaving in February, this is tantamount to being fired according to some who know him...and his letter of resignation is revealing. All the adults have left the US administration.
