I feel like I've been in this for an eternity.

RM's job must be like herding cats - different landowners with their own agendas, corrupt govt officials with their own agendas. Trying to get them all into the same pen. And now today's disappointing debacle.

Maybe they (we) have to pay $800k to get someone to do the job. Who would do it ?

After today I wouldn't be surprised to see RM walk, even from his $800k.
