Last 4c before raise showed 1.6 million in bank so with court action I guess it was inevitable. My comment was based more on something I thought I read at consolidation that it wasnt for raising, it was to make things look better for some reason. I asked directors ages ago how they would fund usa expansion and they said no worries all covered. Within 6 months that was the previous cr. Just makes me laugh now.
