There is a difference between being 'fully aware' and 'fully informed'. Currently the market is not 'fully informed'...........hence no (expected) bounce.
The good news ........the NWH (closing) share price is still respecting the long term lower lr line, which today was @ $1.56c,..........and is still in a primary up trend.
